A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ILIPROVELZIiT OF JONES
STREET FROM TWELFTH STREET TO THIRTEENTH STREET, IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY GRADING ASID GRAVELLING SAYE, AND PROVIDING
THAT SAID II;iPROVEI.IENT SHALL BE I:IADE UPON THE TE -11 YEAR PAYI.MIT PLAN.
FIHEREAS, it appearing to be for the best interest of
the property holders, and a necessity, that Jones Street from
Twelfth street to Thirteenth street, in the City of Paducah, 'uen-
tucky, be improved by grading and gravelling same -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COI,II:iISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUC H, KEIITUCKY:
Sec. 1. That the driveway on Jones Street from Twelfth Street to
Thirteenth Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved
by grading and gravelling same, at the expense of the property
holders abutting thereon, all to be done upon the ten year paynent
plan,- and that the City Solicitor be instructed to bring in an
ordinance for the construction thereof.
Sec. 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, record and publication. 1
