That an ordinance entitled, ":uI ORDIIInItCE REGULriT.IUG THE I.;OVING, TR.:VEL dl.D TRaFFIG UFOII THE PUBLIC STREETS _iTD HIGHV,'zYS OF '2HE CITY OF PtiDUCl H, .IID PROVIDLIG PEN.,iLTIES F'OR t:-jY VIOLr TIOII THEREOF", be, and the same is hereby amended by adding to Section 52 thereof the following words, to -wit: " and be imprisoned in the city jail for not less than (5) five nor more than twenty (20) days, or either or both, in the discretion of the Court or jury" so that said Section, when so as ended, shall read as follows, to -wit: Sec. 52. my person, firi:i, or cnrporation who shall violate any provision of this ordinance shall be fined not less than five Dollars nor mn-re than Twenty-five dollars for ea -ch offense, and be imprisoned in the city jail for not less than five (5) nor more than twenty (20) days, or either or both, in the discretion of the Court or jury. Sec. 2. That said ordinance be further Emended by adding thereto Section 23-ri, which shall read as follows, to;Wit: Sec. 23-n. "11 persons operating any autormobile on the streets and highways of the City of Paducah shall have the headlights or searchlights of said automobile adjusted in such a manner as to be able to dim said lights, so that they will not blind or interfere with the operation or driving of any vehicles on the streets of Paducah, and where it is impracticable to put a dimmer on the lights used by such autnmobile, to frost or paint a suffi- cient portion of the glass of said lights to enable persons driving vehicles in an opposite direction to approach and pass sar�ie without c being blinded or interfered wit}z. 4 Sec. 3.
