A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ILIPROV-MIENT OF WOODWARD
AVENUE, FROM YEISER AVENUE TO MEYERS STREET, IN THE CITY OF PADUCeH,
KENTUCKY, BY GRADING AND GRAVELLING SAME.
WHEREAS, it is deemed a necessity, and desired by the
property owners, that Woodward Avenue from Yeiser Avenue to Moyers
street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by grading
and'gravelling same -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C01,11ISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, ICNTUCKY:
Section 1.
That the driveway on Woodward Avenue, f¢om Yeiser Avenue to
Ileyers street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by
grading and gravelling same, at the cost of the abutting property
owners, and that the City Solicitor be instructed to bring in an
a
ordinance for the construction thereof.
Section 2.
This Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage, record and publication.
