WHEREAS, it is a necessity and desired by the property holders that the sider:al3a on both sides of Clay street, :From the FJest property line of Fountain. Avenue, or Seventeenth street, to the East curb line of I?ineteenth street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be improved by constructing concrete sidewalks, gutters and curbs, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, sewers and catch basins thereon, - BE IT RESOLVED BY :'HE BOARD OF COLZ.IISSIODERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, =TTUCEY: Sec. 1. That both sides of Clay street from the West property line of Foiultain Avenue, or Seventeenth street, to the East curb line of INineteenth street, in the City of Paducah, Kentuchy, be improved by constructing concrete sidewalks, gutters and curbing, together with all necessary r,anholes, intakes, catch basins and sewers thereon, and all of which to be paid for by the abutting property holders upon the ten year payment plan, and that the City Solicitor be instructed to draft an ordinance in accordance with this Resolution, for the construction thereof.
