the sidewalk -except such side, -:calks in front of wholesale houses

curbings have not been constructed of granite aird are not now in

Section l,: That all sidewalks -e ce-,t such sidewalks as have been
heretofore constructed, in _'rout of wholesale houses, of vitrified
brick- on and from the East side of Second street to and including
the West side of Ilinth street, the Ilorth side of ISonroe street to
and including the South side of sdashington street, and all territory
embraced therein -except on I.'onroe street from Eighth street to
Ilint.h street, and except, further, the sidewalks on the South side
of Washin,ton street from Sixth to Seventh streets- together with
the curbings and gutters therefor, and all necessary manholes,
driveways, sewers, intakes or c"teh basins, be constructed of
concrete material, except the curbing, which shall be constructed
of granite -except that where there now e_•_icts in said territory
concrete or stone sidewalks and granite curbings which are in good
condition, the same shall not be reconstructed or relaid- and all

AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE APPORTIOIIIMIT OF THE PUBLIC FUNDS OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KEITTUCKY FOR THE YEAR 1916.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COT-111ISSIONERS OF THE, CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
See. 1. That the apportionment of the public funds or revenge of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky for the year 1916, for the different purposes
and under the different heads, shall be as follows, to -wit:
