HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 7, Page 166, No Resolution NumberOrdinance No. i A RESOLUTI011 AUTHORIZING AND EMPOWERING THE JUDGE OF THE POLICE COURT OF THECITY OF PADUCAH, YMITUCEY TO E1,1PLOY a ST, TOGI PHER OR CLERK, AT NOT EXCEEDIIIG TWEIITY-FIVE (5;;25.00) DOLLARS PER MONTH- :'` WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to have a stenographer or clerk in the office of the Police Judge, of the CITY of PADUCa11- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C01-111ISSIOETERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCiaH, KENTUCKY; Sec. I. That the sum of Twenty-five (,;25.00) dollars a month be apportioned from the general revenue account of the City of Paducah for the purpose of paying the salary of a stenographer or clerk to the Judge of the Police Court of the City of Paducah. Sec. II. That said Judge of the Police Court be and he is hereby empowered to employ such person as he may see fit'as the Clerk or Stenographer, and to prescribe the duties and hours of employment of such Clerk or Stenographer.
