3 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOuRD OF COI;MISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PnDMJI, IOI,HTUCIKY.
Section 1. That the Comi.�issioner of Finance is hereby ordered and
directed not to accept or honor any orders e.cecuted or presented
to him against any salary, or. .any portion of any salary, of any
employee of. the Qity of Paducah, which has not already been earned
and which is not, at that time, due.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage and record.
