BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI:ItISSI0I:I:RS OF THE CITY OF PADUCliH, I�ENTUCRY: Section 1. That Section One (1) of an Ordinance entitled "AIA ORDINANCE NAMING THE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PAdUCAH WHO SHALL GIVE BOND FOR THE FAITHFUL PERFOTMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES, AND FIXING THE AMOUNT OF SUCH BONDS", adopted by the Board of Commissioners January 4, 1915, and recorded January 4, 1915, be, and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the words "Assistant Chief of Police", and inserting "Chief of Police" in lieu thereof- and by striking therefrom the words "Night Captain of Police", and inserting, in lieu thereof, "Each Captain of Police"- and by striking therefrom the word "'Auditor", and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Auditor and Treasurer" -and by adding thereto the words "Clerk to the Commissioner of Public Finance, $2,500.00" and "Stenographer and Clerk to the Commissioner of Public Finance, '1,000.00" - So that said Section, when so amended, shall read as follows, to -wit: That the following named officers and employees of the City of Paducah shall give bond, with good and approved surety thereon, to be approved by the head of the Department in which they are employed, to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, for the use and benefit of the City of Paducah, for the faithful performance of their duties, in such sums as set opposite their names: Chief of Police ..)2,000.00 Each Captain of Police 2,000.00 Each Patrolman and Patrol Driver........ 1,000.00 City Solicitor 2,500.00 Auditor and Treasurer 5,000.00 Delinquent Tax Collector ................... 1,000.00 Sexton Oak Grove Cemetery .................. 1,000.00 Ttharfmaster ............................. 1,000.00 Street Inspector ........................... 1,000.00- :assistant Street Inspector ................. 1,,000.00 Sewer Inspector. ............................ 1000.00 City k'eigher.... 1,000.001- Meat and Milk Inspector .................... 1,000.00 Superintendent of Light Plant .............. 2,500.00 Sanitary Officer or Officers ............... 1,000.00 Clerk to the Commissioner of Public Finance 2,500.00 Stenographer & Clerk to the Commissioner of 1 Public Finance ............ 1,000.00 Section 2.
