WHEREAS, Pursuant to said Ord mance, r contract was entered into
by and between Yancy & Johnson, Contractors, of Paducah, Zentucky, and
the City of Paducah, Zentucky, for the construction thereof; and ,
WHEREAS, said contract has been completed and the � ork thereof
finished and accepted by the Bo€:rd of Commissioners of the City of Paducah,)
Kentucky, on the 5th day of JanuFry, 1924, pursuant to the recommendation
made therefor by the Commissioner of Public 7orks; and the Engineer's
Estimate of the cost thereof having been confirmed; NOW, TSA AFORE -
