]fir; it ordained by the General Council of the City of Paciuca._, Kentugky,
Sec,l,That :ourteenth (14Th) Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,/be, ani the
game is hereby ordered to be bnproved by grading and graveling thereof, from Burnet',,
to Rieke Farm,
Sec,. That said improvement shall be made of good cement gravel, smitable in all
respects for such construction, and shall be done in strict accordance vi"th the ple,r.s,
grades, specifications, widths and profiles of the City Engineer made and provided by
him for such-purposes, all of which are adopted as a part of this ordinance as fully
ereto and made a part hereof and are mar}Aed "A" for more-

Sec, 3. That said work shell ne constructed under the direction of the Bocrd of Public)
Vlorks and the supervision of the City Engineer, and. shall be

Sec,4. That the cost of such construction of said street shaLl be paid wholly by the
property owners abutting or fronting thereon on both sides thereof, to be r.pportioned
to and assessed against the property e.nd. property ot.ners abutting thereon on both
sides thereof, according to the number of front feet abri�ttir?g thereon, except the
City of Paducon s, e11 pay the entire cost of all intersections of streets and public
alleys, if any .such there be,, except that the City shall only pay one ;calf of the a
