S LUTIONS,
It appearing that the following proposed work is a necessity and is desired by the

property owners effected;'
Therefore be it resolved that the following work be
muthorized under the "Ten 'fear payment plan"; -To -reit The improvement of the following
streets by laying side -walks and curb and gutters -North Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh
Fight and ninth Streets from Jeff Street to Trimble Street; Sout h Fifth Street from
B -way to Norton, said pavements to be six feet aide both granite curb and concrete c
gutter.
It a.ppmering that the following improvements are a necessity and desired by
the property owners effected, Therefore be it resolved that the following' -Streets;
ElizA)7eth from 3rd, to 5th. Stree$, Si.uth 4th, from Elizabeth to Brosd Street x
with granite curb and concrete gutters and concrete side -walks; also North 10th.

under the Ten Year payment plane

gutters & Side -walks on Jefferson Ste, from 11th, to 14th, street & Broadway from
11th, st,, to 3.5yh, Street with the exception of in front of R,R.Hospital, Monroe
