Shinn Glove Company shall ei4ploy not less than 10 people,
Sec,2. Should the said Shinn Glove Company fail or refuse 'to comply
with all or any of the conditions of this ordinance, then said exemptions
from ad valorum taxes :,hall immediatEly cease, and thereafter said Shinn
Glove Company shall be liable for the payment of taxes as if these exemptions
had not been granted,
Sec.3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication. _

PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS.
Be it ordained by the General Cour'6E1 of the City of Paducah, Kentucky;
