AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CH. 58-40, ANNUAL REPORT OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sec. 58-40. Annual Report, of Chapter 58, Human
Relations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Sec. 58-40. Annual Report.
The Human Rights Commission shall submit an annual report on Mamh 1
July_1 of each year to the Mayor and to the Board of Commissioners."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
