Be it d,0aine0 b,V the General Council of the tiny of Paducah, ky;
SEC. I. That in addition to the first tuesday in October in each and
every year provided for l Registration clay, for the registration of voters
under the general election lain of the state of kentucky, as set forth
in chapter 4I, article 4. of the kentucky statutes ( carrolls adclition,)
the second tuesday in October i. l{ each and every year is also hereby des-
igna.ted as an additional registration clay, for the registration of voters
in the city of Paducah; ky, who have not registered on the first registra-
tion day aforesaid , and the -registration of such voters may be made accoT(
-ing to law on said second tuesday of October Of each year, and the county
clerk of 1:icCracken County shall be duly notified Of the passage of this
ordinance, and said clerk will accordingly furnish to the registration oft
-iters the neccessary books for regristration on the second tuesday in Oct•.
