SEC. 3. Said work shall be c,nstructed under the direction of the

SEC. 6. The contractor awarded the contract herein shall be paid montI4

terest from date of. issue, and shall be issued by the city treasurer, upon order oti

stitute a lien on the local taxes to be hereafter levied upon the property abutting.

SEC. %. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after it
