P.IENALTY FQR ANY VIOLATION TIFREOF.
Be it, ordained by the General Covnci1 of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
Sec. 1. That, any person, firm, or corporation that shall engage in the
ibuisness trade, or occupation of selling or circulating trading stmnps,
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
first, obtain a license so to do
b"y application at the office of the Citic Clerk, of the City of Paducah,
kentucky.
Sec.2. The license fee referred to in section one', hereof, shall be seven_
hundred and fifty dollars (`;750.00) per year.
Sec. j. Any person, Company or corportation violating the provision of
this ordinance, shall be subject to a fine of not less than Ten—Dollars
(sp10.) nor pore that Fifty—Dollars (5'50.00) for each offense.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force front and after
its passage, approval and publication.

RESOLUTION.
It appearing to be a necessity and desired by the property ovmers, I move
that Kentucky Ave from the West, side of 9th street to the Fast side of

walksand gutters with granite curbing and all necessary catch—basins etc,
all to be clone under the ten year payment plan,
