Setion• 2I. It shall be unlawful for any Person to. purchase sell
or make any contract or agreement for the purchase or sale of any meats , .r
vegetables, provisions or other marketing at said market before the opening
of same by thr•e market master, nor shall it, be lawful for any person to pur-
chase any article at said market house during market hours either fot ex -
port.,ation, or for reselling at the market: that any article shall be deemed
