Be it ordained by tho Genabal Council of the City of Pa.rlrrcah, Kohtueky.
Sec. 1, That the City Pk"sician of the City of Paducah shall have the rift to e!,Tloy
an assista*, rrho shall be a regular practicing aryl duly licensed ne o physician

the. indigent poor among the negro poFulation of said city, aryl -rho shall be subject
to the orders of the City Physician, and under the same rules ani restrictions relat—

Sec.2. Sairl assistant shall receive as full corTmsation for his services the sun of
