Be it ordained by the General Council of the Uity of Paducah, Kentucky. Sic, 1. Ar>;r person, firm or corporation enLoaged in the sale or delivery of ice, by retail, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, shall be required to provide the wagon, motor car or other vehicle used for delivery thereof, with scales that show true and accurate weight; and all ice so sold or delivered in said city shall be cor- rectl'Y vrcighed before delivery of same, and said ice shall, if so required., be weighed in the presence of the purchaser; and. sand dealer, his agent or employee, ,shall be entitled to charge or collect only the amount ascertained in accordance J trrith the current price per hundred-wnilj-it.
