Sec. 2. All buildings residences or premises in the City of Paducah, Kentuck '.thkt are vacent or that have been condemeC as unsanitary by the i3or, of Iealth of said City shall be put in a :unitary conriition in accorciiance with the ;•- rules and regulations prescribed by t so -id 13ord of ;'eeith; and before any Ml ildinF residence or premises vacent or condemned as aforesaid shall. be rented Teased or occupied by any person or persons, same shall be inspected by the Health Officer of said City, and a permit authorizeing the occupancy or use of same shall be ob- tained from said health Officer. Sec. j.
