J St appearing that the following improvement is a necessity; and desired 3x
by the propertir owners.
Re it resolved that the following Alley be improved, by Gradeing, and
Graveling as followers.
An Alley running between Burnett, and Flournoy Street, between 12t.}1,
and 13th, Street.
All of said work to be done under the Ten Year Plan,and under the
srnpervision of the City Engineer, and Bord of Public Works.
