Be it ordained by the General Council of the city of Paducah, Kentucky.
Sec.l.That all peddlers, hucksters, erpressrnen and any and all other persons, com-
panies, or corporations who are on -aged in any buisness, occupation or calling, for
which a license is required to run or operate wagons or vehicles in the city of Pad-
ucah Kentucky, shall put and maintain on each and every wagon .or vehicle so rnn a
