class", said assessments :may be , at the option o" the property ovniers, payable in
cash within thirty days from the date of the passage, approval and publication of
this ordinance, or in ten annual installments, in accordance with the provisions of
said section .
SEC. 4. i. n order to provide a fund for the immediate payment of the cost of that
portion of the special assessments herein provided for, which are to be paid upon
the installMent .,,_payment plan , as hereinabove provided for, the city of paducah she,'
issue and sell improvement bonds in say,.isfaction of the collection of said special `..
tax bills which are to be paid uponthe installment payment, plan ,and to secure the

for the payment of the principal PMd interest, of such bonds, and such bonds shall
be sold for not less than par, andthe proceeds •therof applied exclusivelI/to the

section 310; of the kentucky statutes, as amended and re—enacted by the general as--
seznbly of the commonwealth of kentucky in the year X910. hereinabove specifically
refered to.
SEC. 5. this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,'
approvel and publications
