Kentucky a necessity. Be it resolved by the General Council of the City of Paducahl!,
Kentuckythat the improvement of Guthrie Avenue from lriayfield Road to Nineteenth \
or Jackson Ctrcet in the City of Paducah , Kentucky by Concrete sidewalks and
gutters, together with granite curbing , is hereby deel red to be a necessity, and an
ordin. nee providing therefor be introduced in the General Council. All work to be do
done under ten year plan.
