That the Chicago, St. Louis and New Orleans Railroad Company is hereby granted the r
right to construct and maintain a railroad track,along the north side of an alley
between Kentuc:- Av _ ,-',-Lngton Street and Tenth and Eleventh Streets,
in the City of Paducah., Kentucky, from a point where the same enters said alley at
or near Eleventh Street to a point twenty feet west of the wrest property line
of Tenth Street, between South Eleventh and South Tenth Streets in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky. A Blue Print showing the right -of --way herein granted to
said Railroad Company is filed herel:-r-th and made part ;Hereof- as fully as if embrac
herein, and marked "A", except that portion o' said Blue Print which shows said
Railroad track extending from the east property line of said Dickerson Tobacco Co-
nipe:nT to South Tenth Streets

R E S O L U T I O N.
It appearing that the following work is a necessity the Ordinance Committee is re-
quested to bring in an ordinance for the following improvements; Concrete side-
walks and Gutters and Granite Curbings and all necessary Manholes, Intakes and Catch
f Kentucky Avenue from Ninth S 1 treet to Elevent'Street
Basind on both sides o
and all of the above work to be clone on the ten year plan.
