Be it ordAin�d by the. General Council of the City of Paducah, Kentucky: Sec. 1. That the sidewalks, curbs and g rtters, together with all necessary manholes, intakesy catch basins, sewers end driveways there— for, on both sides of South Fifth Street, from Norton Street to Caldwell Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and they are hereby ordered tp be co nstrueted. Sec. 2.
