INTERSECTION OF TI?}; RIH.KF F/M, BY GRADING MID GRAVI;L:CNG OF SME, IPI S.. T,'IF CIT`_' OF PA,DUCAH, KENTUCKY. Be it ord£ined by the General Council of The City of .Paducah Kentucky. Sec. 1. That Flournoy street Prom twelfth street to fourteenth street, and fourteenth street from Burnett street to the inetrsection of the Rieke Faim in the City of Paducah Xehtucky, be, and they are hereby ordered to be con- structed. Sec. 2. Said streets shall be constructed of good cement gravel, and all of said work shall be done in strict accordance with the plans, grades, specifications, widths and profiles of the City Engineer, made and provided by him for such purpose, and all of which are adopted as P. part of this ordinate as fully as if embraced herein or attached hereto, and same made part hereof, marked "A" for more specific identification. Sec. 3. Said work shall be constructed under the direction of the Soard of Public Works and under the supervision of the City Engineer, and shall be co:.v"enced at a time designated by contract for the performance of said vror l and completed on or before November 1st., 1912. Sec. 4. The cost of such construction of said street shall be pr,id for w}to7.ly by the property owners abutting or fronting thereon on both sides thoreof, to be apportioned to and assessed aE;ainst the property and property ovners, abutting thereon on both sides thereof, accoPding to the nimbor of front feet abutting thereon, except the City shall pay for the entire cost Of construct— ion of all intersections of stroeta and Public alloys. Sec. 5.
