Be it resolved by the General Council of the City of Paducah, Ky., that
the improvement of Guthrie•)Avenue from Mayfield Road to Jacks)n street or
Nineteenth street in the City of Paducah' Ky., by concrete sidewalks and
gutters to—gather with granite curbing in hereby declared to be a necessity
and an ordinance providing therefore be introduced in the General Council.
