PidT 11AY BE PAID , IiJ TPN (IU ) FO,UIil, INSTALLI&I,NTS, )i IE EVERY YEAR YOR A PERIOD Or' TPI] YEARS. 4PiIF$F:AS, the general Council of the city of Paducah, Kentucky has heretofore, tO—Vlit;— on the 13th day of July, 1911, adopted an ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Providing for the construction of concrete sidewalks and gutters together with „ranite curbing and the neccessary manholes, intakes, catch basins and, sewers, on both sides of Harrison street from Eighth street to Twelfth street; and on both sides of, Maciison street from Eleventh street to Twelfth street, in the city. of Paducah kentucky", and, WHEREAS, in accordance witil saki ordinance it was provided that the cost of the construction or,,'side,aalks:, curbs, gutters, sewers, intakes, manholes and catch basins shall be paid .for by the abutting; property orrners on botn sides of said streets except that portion to be paid by the City of Paducah, as required by law, aril, WHPRFAS, pursuant to sadd ordinance a contract was entered into by and between I I]+. P. O'Hagan anri T. A. Lake, of the City of Aurora., Illinoia, and the city of Paducah vor the construction thereof, on the 7th day of September, 1911, and, VVrIFRFA5, said contract has been completed in all respects and t}te work thereof finished and accepted by the General Council of t11e City of Paducah, on the l8th (day of December, 1911, pursuant to recommendation made therefor by the Board of I i Public Works of the city of Paducah, now, therefore, ' �iG�+cLcti L.G(•l/ BF; IT F{�+r'r, ED BY THE C,EAERAL COUNCIL OF TIFF; CITY OF PADUCAH, KPNTUCKY. SECTION 1. That all of the property on both sides of Harrison street from the west curb line of EiGhth street to the east property line of Twelfth street, and'on both sides o'f }Tadison street from the west curb line of Eleventh street to the east property line of Twelfth street, in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, be and the 'same is hereby assessed the sum of 51,72168 per front foot for the cost of con— struction of said sidewalks; curbs, gutters, sewers, manholes, intakes, catch ,,sins, and driveways.
