Resolution.
That the Paducah Brewery Company be authorized to construct concrete
sicde calks and gutters, t,oCether with granite curbing in front of its proper
on the north side of Kentucky Avenue, between 10th and 11th streets, in
Paducah, Ky., in accordance with the plans and specif::ccLtions of the City
engineer and subject to the Supervision andapproval of the City Engineer
and Board of Public 1,7orks of Paducah, Ky. All to be done in accordance
,,rith Section 3098 of the Kentucky Statutes.
Res ^lut ion.
That P. F. Lally be granted permission to construct concrete
sidewalks, concrete gutters and to redress and reset any of the limestone
curbing he now has in front of his property on the east side of 10th strett
between Clay and. Trimble streets that will be acceptable to the City F,n-
gineer and Board of Public Works, and to furnish sufficient, granite curb-
ing in case there is not enouep of the limestone curbing.
All of said work to be clone under the supervision of the City
engineer and under the direction of the Board of Public Works, and in
accordance witl specifications, plans, and profiles, etc. prepared by the
;City Engineer. All of said work to be done at the expense of'
