Sec, 1. T every person firm� company p ny or corporation, owning, occupying or leasing any improved rea estate ;the City of Paducah, as heree within the Sanitary Sewer District No. 2. of toiore established by ordinance, shall connect the Isame with the sanitary sewers in said District No. 2. on or before October, lst, Sec. 2. Any person, firn company or corporation, owning vacant property I within said Saver District No. 2. of the city of Paducah, Kentucky, and who shall, improve said vacant Property -by erecting a building or buildings thereon, shall i connect the same before the completion aild occupation of said premises. I See. 3. Before any sewer connections are made, as prescribed by Section 1. i hereof, the owner, occupant or lessee of the remises desira , I p d.,: to be connected shall first get a permit from the Sewerage Inspector before masking said connections, and said permit shall be in the name of the.owner, occupant or lessee of the i premises proposed to be connected, and shall state when the work is to commence and when same is to be completed. Sec. 4. All materials or, every kind and description, and manner of laying of pipes, necessary to make said connections; the making of said connections, and the entire work, materials, labor, n,nd the connections complete from the sanitary server in the street to and. including the improvement or buildings on said premises,- shall be according to tite present ordinance goverr_ing same, and said ordinance must be strictly followed, and said work shall be done under the super- vision of the sewerage inspector and Board of Public Works. Sec: 5.
