I VMTEREAS, it appears that the Paducah Brewery Company of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is the otnrner of a certain lot situated on the South— east corner of Tenth street &t Ilusbands Street in the city of Paducah] i . Kentucky; and, WHEREAS, the said Paducah Brewery Company is desirous of placing concrete sidewalks and gutters, together with granite curbing, in front of said property and along the side of said property; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to Section 3098 of the Kentucky Statutes, permission is hereby granted to said Paducah Brewery Coyapany to construct concrete sidetlralks and gutters, together with granite curbing and such manholes, intakes, crtch basins, severs and driveways that may be neccessary, upon Tenth Street and Hustands street abu+•tiny the 1 property of the said Paducah Brewery Company situated on the Southeast corner of Tenth Street & IIusba.nds street, in the citY of Paducah, Kentucky subject, however, to the supervision, inspection and acceptance thereof b the Board of Public Works a..
