That J. L. Jones be granted permission to construct Concrete
Sidewalks and gutters, together with Granite Curbing :111 front of his Pro—
perty on Burnett Street; corner of Seventh Street, in the City of Paducah,

City Engineer, and subject to the approval of the City Engineer and Board
of Public Works, all of said works to be dome at the Bole expense of said

RESOLUTION -
That J. L. Gardner is hereby granted permission to construct
Concrete sidewalks and gutter, together with granite curbing and all
necessary sewers, manholes, intakes .and drivevYays, on the East' side of
South Tenth Street, between Ohio and. Tennessee streets, in the City of
Paducah, Xy.,) in front of his property, subject to the supervision, in—
