Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.

Sec. 1. That Section 13 of an Ordinance, entitled, "An Ordinance relating to

fire protection in public buildings, hotels, factories, tenement houses, school i
buildings, Office buildings and theaters in the city of Paducah, Kentucky", ap-
proved by the Mayor October 23rd, 1909,- be, andthe same is hereby amended by adding
- "Provided that none of the provisions of
thereto the following words, to Wit;
this ordinance shall apply to office buildings constructed of fireproof material,
and which
as;stone, brick, steel, cement and like non-colabustible material,

floor to floor of such buildings at least

said Section of said ordinance when so amended shall read as follows, to wit;-
