SIDIVALKS AND GUTTERS, TOGETHER WITH GRANITE CURBING, ABUTTING ITS PROPFRTY
ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF TENTH & HUSBANDS STREETS, IN TI3E CITY OF PADUCAH,
Kentucky.
ti'JHEREAS, it appears that the Paducah Brevrery Company.of th'e city of .
Paducah, Kentucky, is the owner of a certain lot situated on the Northeast
corner of 10th & Husbands streets in the city of Paducah, Kentucky; and t
WEREAS, the said Paducah Brewery Company is desirous of placinG
concrete sidewalks and gutters, together with granite curbing, in front of
said property and along the side of said property; now) therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED; That pursuant to Section 3098 of the Kentucky
Statutes, permissIon is hereby granted to said Paducah Brewery Company

i to construct concrete sidewalks and gutters, together with granite curbing,
r. and such marLioles, intakes, catch basins, sewers, and driveways, that may be
neccessary, upon 10th and Husbands Streets, abutt3ing the property of the
said Paducah Brewery Compcny, situated'on the Northeast corner of 10th
Husbands Streets in the City of Paducah, Kentieky, subject, however,
to the supervision, inspection and acceptance there
