IN THE CITY ( F NID�IUCAH, KENTUCKY, Be it ordained by the Genera 1 Council of the City of Paducah', ?Centucky, Secml,That the Chicago, St ouis and New Orlean-1 Railro cd Company is hereby granted the right to construct and maintr,in a railroad track along the North side of an Alley j between Kentucky Avenue and Washington Street and Tenth and Eleventh Streets, in the � City of Paducah, Kentucky, from a point 'where same enters said alley at or near Eleven th street, to the East property line of the Dickerson Tobacco Company, between South Eleventh Street and South Tenth Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, A Blue Print showing the right -Of -way herein granted. to said Railroad Company is filed herewith, and made a part hereof as fully as if embraced herein, and mrked"A", except that pot tion of said Blue Print which shows railroad track extEnding from the Fast property line of said Dickerson Tobacco Company to South Tenth street, Sec,2. Said track shall be of standard gauge, and shall be construc�ed so as to conform to the grade of :aid alley(so far as p-7ac'1-icable), and in the construction thereof, where it is necessary, the said Railroad Company shall construct culverts at its cost, foe the free flow and passage of water, and said track is to be kept \ I and maintained in good condition and repair by said Railroad Company, and said alley between the rails of said track Is to be kept in good condition and repair,. and when.:' i ever sad alley is constructed, or re -constructed by order of the General Council of c the City -of Paducah, Kentucky, said Railroad. Company shall pay the cost of re-constru-c ction thereof between its rails, and shall keep said alley between its rails in good condition and. in conformity with the grade of said LL.I.ey at all times thereafter, and shall use such material oetween said rails in the construction and re -construction or, -repair thereof, as may be used in the construction of said alley, under ordinances' of the General Council of,the City of Padticah, Kentucky, all of which shall be done • c at the exclusive cost of said Railroad Company, Sec,3e This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its )assage approval and publication, I� J9. llto.
