Whereas, the Board of 111blic Works advertised accoo,4ing to law for bids
for the c;,nstrt.ctien of the dvo^�k provided for in said 0-1dinance, to be opened
on t e 9th day of August, 19102 by t e Board of Public Works of the city of
Paducah; and,
Wriereas, upon too opening of said bids by -'the Board of Public Works ON said
9th day of August;: 1910, it eras ascertained that J. E. Jones of the city of
Paducah, Kentucky was the lowest and best bidder therefor;, and,
Whereas, the city of Paducah acting by acrd through its Board of Pablic works
did, on the llth day of AuLl:st, 1910, er.ter into a eorii,ract with the said E.
J5®ffies for the construction of° said street at the cost of f j.rty five cents `(55c)
per linear foot on each side thereof, in accarddneo'.with s&id ordimn&e; and,
. Whereas, said contract has been completed and an advertisement of the
cost thereof and the amount assessable against the said property abutting on both
sides thereof, together with the date upon which the Board of Public Works will

Now there fore, all of the property on both sides of Faxon Avenue, Yroea a
