E. Jones of the city of Paducah, Kentucky was the lowest and best bidder therefor;, and, Whereas, the city of Paducah acting by acrd through its Board of Pablic works did, on the llth day of AuLl:st, 1910, er.ter into a eorii,ract with the said E. J5®ffies for the construction of° said street at the cost of f j.rty five cents `(55c) per linear foot on each side thereof, in accarddneo'.with s&id ordimn&e; and, .
