ORDINANCE NO. 2002-10-6587
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 126 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners desires to enact a comprehensive scheme of regulations
to provide for the reasonable control and establishment of signs within the City of Paducah; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners desires to amend Chapter 126 of the Paducah Code of
Ordinances by repealing preexisting regulations relating to signs which will not be a part of the comprehensive
scheme.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
Section 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, hereby amends Chapter 126 of the Paducah Code
of Ordinances by repealing the following sections:

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be read on two separate days and become effective upon
summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424
