ORDINANCE NO. 2002-10-_2,
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AND ELECTRICAL
PLANT BOARD D/B/A PADUCAH POWER SYSTEMS, FOR STREETSCAPE PHASE III
ELECTRICAL RELOCATION SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to
execute a contract between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and Paducah Power Systems for
Streetscape Phase III electrical relocation services. The City will reimburse Paducah Power
Systems for costs incurred as outlined in the agreement.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Streetscape Phase III, project

effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
