Znwinerr to Sec. 7. Whenever the engineer has had repairs made

Sec. 9. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of
the provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction be -

Sec. to. This ordinance to take effect from and after its
passage and approval.

An ordinance fixing the salary of the City Attorney of
the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky:
Scction, Y. That the City Attorney of Paducah, Ken -
Salary rs 2D Lucky, elected in pursuance of the general laws governing
Cities of the second class, shall receive as compensation
sl for his services the Sum of $720 per annum, payable in
monthly instalments
