Curbing Oak Grove Cemetery—Amendment.
Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of Pa-
ducah, Kentucky, that an ordinance No. 1054 entitled "An
ordinance prescribing the kind and material to be in curbing
lots in Oak Grove 'Cemetery and prescribing penalties for
the violation of these provisions, be amended by adding
thereto the following words to -wit"
Section t. Any person violating the provisions of this
ordinance, shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than
$20 for each violation thereof and each day's continuance of
the use of curbing .herein forbidden shall be deemed and held
EL separate violation of same so that when amended said or-
dinance shall read as folows:
See. 2. It shall be unlawful to use any material for
curbing lots in Oak Grove Cemetery except an improved
character of stone, and the stone so used shall have the ap-
proval of the cemetery committee of the Common Council
of the City of Paducah.
See. 3. That any wooden curbing now placed in Oak
Grove Cemetery or other curbing not approved by the said
cemetery committee other than stone, shall be removed at
once.
Sec. 4• Any person violating the provisions of this ordi-
nance shalt be fined not less than $5 nor more than $20 for
each violation thereof and each days continuance of the use
of the curbing herein forbidden shall be deemed and held a
separate violation of the same.
Sec. 5. That all ordinances in conflict with the provis-
ions of this ordinance are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.
