To Regulate and License Insurance Companies. Section I. For violation of any section of this ordinance, a Penalty _ fine of not less than ten dollars nor more than twenty-five _ dollars shall be assessed by the city court upon trial and conviction. Sec. G. All ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed and this ordinance to take effect from and after its passage and approval, and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby re- pealed.
