Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky. -

Sec. I. That the salary of the Police Judge be fixed at

persons bound to pay ary money to the treasurer, make due
account and payment, and shall promptly report to the crun-
cil any failure to do so. Y,e shall keep a register of all orders
paid by him and of all money paid into the treasurv, de-
scribing such order by its date, number, amount and name
of person by whom it was received, and to whom pain, and.
shall cancel and file such orders. Ile shall give a rec :ipt to
every, ouc paying money into the treasury, specifying on. what
account paid and whether paid in money or otherwise. He
shall cancel all coupons and bonds paid by him by punching

Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of Duttes be
Paducah, Ky. shall pertorn
Section t. The city treasurer shall perform all duties re-
quired of him by charter of cities of the second class, and
such additional duties as may from time to time be im-
posed on him by ordinance of the General Council.
