An Ordinance Fixing the Salary of City Solicitor of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky.
Be it ordained by th•• General Council of the Cily of Pa-
ducah, Ky.
Section 1. Thar the City Solicitor of the City of Padu- Salary axed
cah, K s elected in pursuance to the at $1-000
Y P general laws governing
cities of the second class shall receive as compensation for
his seryices the sum of one thousand dollars per annum, pay-
able in monthly instalments. -
Sec. 2. He shall give bond in the sum of $2,500, pond
Sec. 3. This ordinmice shall take effect from its passage
and approval.
