Auditor's Salary.
An Ordinance Fixing the Salary of the Auditor of the
City of Paducah, Ky.
Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of I'a-
ducah, Ky.
yalarsot Section 1. That the Auditor of the City o: Paducah, for
I1,200 the performance of all duties tinder the city charter and the
city ordinances pertaining to his office, shall be paid a salary
Of $1,200, per annum, the same to be paid monthly out of the
city treasury.
Sec. 2. That this ordinance Ghali take effect from and
after its passage and approval.

An Ordinance to Govern the Depository of Public Fundo
of the City of Paducah, Ky.
Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of Pa-
ducah, Ky.
mottceto Sec. t. That when the treasurer of the 'City of Padu-
mayor cah, Ky., has selected a bank to act as depository of public
funds, he shall notify the Mayor of that fact. _
Depository Sec. 2. Before the depository shall receive any funds
to`lve bona from the treasurer, bond shall be executed in the stmt of
$50,000.
Sec. 3. The depository shall comply with all provision. -4
of the charter as pertains to such office and also be govern-

Section 1. That the City Solicitor of the City of Padu- eatery axed

Sec. 2. He shall give bond in the sum of $2,500. Bond
