Mayor; Office Hours and Salary. Mayor, Salary.
therefore, Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City
of Paducah, Ky.
Section t. That the mayor of the city of Paducah sha!I Regular
keep regular office hours, and these are here defined as fol- ollcited hour*
lows to -wit: He shall be in his office for the tramaction of
the public business of the city daily, Sunday excepted, front
nine o'clock in the morning unt.1 noon, and from one o'clock
p. m, until four o'clock P. m. and he shall not engage in any
other business or occupation whatsoever, and shall give the
affairs of the city his entire time and attention.
Sec. z. Omitted—Repealed.
Sec. 3. That this ordinance shall take effect from and
after the expiration of the present incumbent.

City of Paducah, Ky.
Be it ordained by the` General Council of the City of
Paducah, Ky.
Section t. That the Mayor of the City of Paducah, Ky., Halary axo.l
elected in pursuance to the general laws governing cities of
the second class shall receive as compensation for l:is ser-
vices to sum of eighteen Lmtdred dollar per annu n, payaLle
in monthly installment..
See. 2, He shall gave Lond in the sum of ten thousand bond
dollars.
Sec. 3. This ordinacce stall take effect from its passage
and approval.
