City C:erk, Salary. City Assessor and Deputy, Salary.
Duces he Sec. z, In addition to the duties now prescribed by the
tiImII porrorm charter and ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
the city clerk shall perform such other duties as the general
council -may from time to time ordain.
Deputy Sec. 3. The salary herein fixed as compensation of the
c'ty clerk shall be in full compensation for any deputy that
may be employed by the clerk.
Bond Sec, 4. He shall give bond in the sum of $10,000.
Sec. S. This ordinance shall take effect from irs passage
and approval.

An Ordinance fixing the Salary of the City Assessor and
the Deputy City Assessor of the City of Paducah, Ky.

Be it ordained by clic General Council of the City of Pa-
ducah, Ky.

Section t. That the City Assessor of the City of Padu-

can Ky, elected in, pursuance to the general laws governing
cities of the second class, shall receive as compensation for
his services the sum of ($qoo) nine hundred dollars per an-
num, payable in monthly installments.

Sec. 2. The deputy city assessor, appointed 6y the city

assessor, shall receive as compensation the sum of one hun-
dred ($too) dollars for two (2) months services, payable
monthly as services are rendered.

Sec. 3. The City Assessor, elected in pursuance to the
general laws governing the election of City Assessors in
cities of the second clays, shall give bond in the sum of two
thousand dollars.
Sec. 4. This ordinance shall rake effect from and after
its passagd pnd approval.
