City Turnkey's Bond.
An Ordinance Fixing the Bond of the Turnkey of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky.
Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky.
Section t. Thar the bond of the turnkey, appointed by Bund axed
the City Jailer, under ordinance, shall be ,and the same is
hereby fixed at one thousand dollars ($i.000.00) and the said
Turnkey shall execute the same, fur the faithful ' perfor-
mance of the duties of his u2ice, before entering upon the _
discharge of said. duties.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage and approval.

Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of Pa-
ducah, Ky.
Section t. That the City Clerk of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky elected in pursuance to the general laws gover- salary fixed

ning cities of the second class, shall receive as compensation
for his services the sum of fifteen hundred dollars per an-
num, payable in monthly installments.
