City Jailer, Bond and Duties.
An Ordinance Pre9cribing Duties and Fixing Bond of the
Jailer of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of Pa-•
ducah, Kentucky.
Bond axed Section t. That the bond of the City Jailer of the city
of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby fixed at two thousand dol-
lars ($2,000) and the city Jailer is hereby required to execute
the same according to law for the faithful performance of his
duties, before entering upon the discharge of the same.

Diet For Prisoners.
An Ordinance Prescribing and Regulating the Diet or
Food for Prisoners Confined in the Jail of the City of Pa-
ducah, Kentucky.
Diet to be Section t. That all prisonet1s confined in the jail of the

Sec. 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith, are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after the first day of
January. 19o4•

City Jailer's Salary.
An Ordinance Fixing the Salary of City Jailer of Padu-
cah, Kentucky.
Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of Pa-
ducah, Kentucky. '
Section 1. That th•, rity jailer of the city of Paducah
Kentucky, elected in pursuance to the general' laws govern-
ing cities of the second clnss shall receive as his compensa-
tion for his services the sum of thirteen hundred and twerty
dollars per annum, payable in monthly installments as other
salaries are paid, and ssid salary is to be in full of all pay-
ment of cooks or other bele, which the said jailer may sec
lit to employ.
Sec. a. All ordinances ar.d parts of ordinance; in con-
