Sec. 2. All ordinances, and parts or ordinances, in con- flict herewith, are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and approval. Patrol Wagon Driver Appointed Etc. An Ordinance Authorizing the Police and Fire Commis- sioners to Appoint Driver of Patrol Wagon, and Confer Police Power on Him. Be it ordained by the General Council of the City of Paducah, Kentucky. Section 1. That the Board of Police and Fire Com- Appolntmept missioners of the City of Paducah are hereby authorized and dlrecWtl empowered to appoint a driver of the patrol wagon in said city of Paducah, and cwlfer police powers on said driver, and be paid a salary of $co per month, payable monthly. µawry Sec. 2.
